Well, every place you go seems to have rules.  "No Smoking."  "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service."  Well, my little corner of the Interwebs is no different.  Those of you familiar with me might recognize these rules and some of the others I've borrowed from other places.  Learn and memorize these, for there will be a test.
