I'm simultaneously amazed and shocked by some of the reactions to the series. They are fluff. They are fun reading and nothing more. The people who are absolutely crazy over them, both on the loving and the hating side, baffle me. Since when is literary junk food worth getting so worked up about?

Basically, I like them, but that's because I have no expectations for them except knowing they're wish-fulfillment fantasy.

I need to use my gym membership. Of course, I stupidly started it just days before I started several months worth of puking. Now I'm far enough along that exercise seriously messes up my already messed up ligaments. Sucks to be me and my pocketbook, grrr.
